Shipping & Processing Policy
At The Jayco Way, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience. Please take a moment to review our updated shipping and processing policy in full before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and verified within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended by an additional 1–2 business days. Processing includes payment verification, order review, and preparation for shipment.
Please note:
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
- We are closed on Sundays, and no processing or shipping occurs on that day.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery is typically completed within 2–3 business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, which you can use to monitor your delivery status.
Signature Requirement
For your protection and to ensure secure delivery, all hair orders require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions will be made.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout, including apartment or suite numbers. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your package has been marked as delivered by USPS, we are no longer responsible for its whereabouts. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please immediately contact USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) to file a claim.
Any claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be filed directly with USPS. We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your package has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving the confirmation email.
