By accessing or purchasing from Jayco Hair, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before using our website or placing an order.

Jayco Hair provides luxury hair extension products for personal use. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
2. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability. Due to the nature of raw and custom hair, each bundle may vary slightly in color, texture, and pattern.
We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen will reflect exact tones or textures.
3. PRICING & PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to:
Correct pricing errors
Refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
4. ALL SALES FINAL
All purchases are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to the hygienic nature of our products. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or modified.

5. PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Processing times vary depending on the product:
Standard orders: 3–5 business days
Pre-colored/custom bundles: 7–10 business days
Processing time excludes weekends and holidays.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Jayco Hair is not responsible for:
Shipping delays caused by carriers
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
Customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier to resolve delivery issues.
6. CUSTOM & PRE-COLORED ORDERS
Pre-colored and custom bundles are made to order.
Due to the handcrafted and dyed nature:
Slight color variations may occur
Curl patterns and tone distribution will vary per bundle
By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these variations as part of the custom process.
7. PRODUCT CARE & RESULTS
Proper care is essential to maintain the quality and longevity of your extensions.
Jayco Hair is not responsible for damage caused by:
Improper installation
Incorrect product use
Excessive heat or chemical processing after purchase
Results may vary depending on maintenance and styling practices.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website — including logos, images, branding, text, and design — is the property of Jayco Hair and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Jayco Hair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
All products are used at the customer’s discretion.
